Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 147 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and 147 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.
This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Account Creation, User Responsibilities & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 147 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. 147 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should notify 147's support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken.
Platform Usage Rules
All users of the 147 platform are required to comply with the following usage rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or closure.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain
- Fraud, identity misrepresentation, or providing false information to the platform
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law
- Any action that compromises the security or integrity of the platform
- Ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Not sharing your account with or allowing others to access your account
- Complying with all betting limits and game rules as set out on the platform
- Reporting any technical issues or non-compliance you become aware of to the support team
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the 147 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring the validity of their chosen payment method and that all deposited funds come from a legitimate source.
Deposit
Deposits that have been successfully credited are final and cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances determined by 147. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, users should contact the support team with clear proof of the transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. 147 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
Disputed Transactions
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported within seven days of the transaction date. Reports submitted after this period may not be processed. 147 will investigate each dispute thoroughly, and all decisions made are final.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Platform Liability Limits
147 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as network failures, system maintenance, or force majeure events.
147's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
147 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in an unlawful manner.
Users whose accounts have been suspended for technical or administrative reasons may contact 147's support team for clarification. In cases involving a breach of terms, the decision to close an account is final.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the 147 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, and software code — is owned by or licensed to 147. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

The 147 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and 147 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access these links at their own risk.
Amendments & Governing Law
147 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be displayed on this page along with the date of update. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
